    Cliff and Ana,

I wanted to offer my services as a speaker and presenter for your chapter. I am a nationally known speaker on all things fundraising and development. I am called upon for a few categories almost nobody speaks about, they include:

    • Starting a Major Giving program for small and medium sized nonprofits

    • Latino Major Giving

    • The Lack of Diversity in Nonprofits Today and What We can Do about it.

    • Cold Calling and Getting the First Appointment for Nonprofits

    • Is it Time to Kill Your Gala? An Alternative to the Gala that will raise you more money.

    • The Crisis in Short Tenures of Development Officers

    • Prospect Research as a Cause

    • The Art of the Qualification/Discovery Visit

I speak at a range of national conferences including AFP International, APRA, SAWA, the Foundation Center, NEDRA, WVDO, and others. I have been published in the Stanford Social Innovation Review, The Chronicle of Philanthropy, The Nonprofit Times, Currents, the Grassroots Fundraising Journal and many others.

My recent session at the AFP International Conference in New Orleans in 2018, entitled “Starting a Major Gifts Program without Alumni and Little Budget” was considered one of the “5 Highlights” of the Conference by the Chronicle of Philanthropy out of 116 Sessions.

I am now booking 6 months out so please reach out if you’d like to discuss my speaking or even being your Keynote for your next conference. Here is my website you will find my bio there! Also here is a talk I gave at the Foundation Center on YouTube:
