Congratulations on your continued professional growth within the association and nonprofit industry. Being in nonprofit and “wearing different hats” provides multiple opportunities for learning and discovery of area(s) that could potentially spark passion. I’ve learned over the last 13 years that merging passion to the different hats we wear goes a long way! I also learned that, while career in this industry is a top priority, living out the true essence of being an association and nonprofit professional, investing commitment, and merging motivation with inspiration helps make your everyday-association-life as a fun and rewarding journey!
